PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING EVENT POLICIES CAREFULLY:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older to attend this event.
   
2. Attendee must present valid ID at the door.
3. Please drink responsibly.
4. Please register for one tasting time only.
   
5. All dogs must be leashed at all times and under control of the owner.
6. Please bring only well-behaved dogs who are tolerable of crowds and people and who are NOT aggressive toward dogs or people.
7. Please pick up or clean up after your dog.
   
8. Evet attendees will be required to sign a waiver prior to entering the event releasing event organizers, hosts and their affiliates of any liability for damagae to person or property at the event.
9. Event organizers and hosts reserve the right to discharge any attendee for any reason at any time.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Should the event organizers and /or hosts have to cancel the event, you will be refunded the cost of admission LESS the cost of credit card and processing fees.
   
2. Should you, the attendee cancel your registration, your cancellation must be sent in writing via email or mail and acknowledged by the event organizer. The following refund schedule will apply: 100% refund less credit card and processing fees if cancellation is receive by midnight, August 18; 50% refund less credit card and processing fees if cancellation is received before midnight August 30, 2006. No refunds will be issued after midnight Augst 30. Pleae allow 6 weeks to process your refund.
